Sessions & Magistrates’ Cases consist of reported and unreported judgments from the subordinate courts (excluding Road Traffic cases). Our online database contains reported cases from 2012 onwards and unreported cases from 1999 onwards. Subscribers are also able to view the cases in printable pdf format with proper pagination and paragraph letterings as if they had a printed copy of the reported judgments.

Sessions & Magistrates’ Cases are available as an add-on to the CLJ Basic subscription package or as a stand-alone at a different subscription plan.
