PREAMBLE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Pensions Act 1980 [Act 227], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations:
PART I PRELIMINARY
1. Short title and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Regulations 1980 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1976.
